How long will it take to wash my house?

This depends on the size of the house. A basic one level rambler will usually take under an hour while a larger two level detailed Colonial with wrap around front porch, can take 2-4 hours. 

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

We use a soft-wash method for homes, which relies on proper cleaning solutions and controlled pressure. This approach safely removes mildew and buildup without the risks associated with high-pressure washing.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have any concerns following service, please contact us promptly so we can address them.

Is your cleaning safe for pets?

Yes. Once surfaces have been properly rinsed and allowed to dry, the areas are safe for normal activity.

We recommend keeping pets indoors during the service and until surfaces are fully rinsed and dry.

Do I need to be home for this service?

No you don’t need to be home, however, we ask that you read our Terms and Conditions requirements and work out payment arrangements before the scheduled service date.

Will your cleaning process harm my plants or landscaping?

No. Protecting your landscaping is part of our standard procedure. We pre-rinse and post-rinse surrounding vegetation and take additional precautions with sensitive plants when necessary. Our cleaning solutions are applied in controlled concentrations and are designed to break down quickly when properly diluted and rinsed. 

 

What's included in the service?

We wash all the siding from top to bottom including: eves, soffits, front covered porch, [ceiling and rails] or stoop, as well as up to 20ft of sidewalk. 

★ Does not include roofs, decks, driveways, sheds, detached garages, screened in porch, gazebos, furniture, patios, etc. All items can be added for a small fee.
Does your process use harsh cleaners?

No. Atlantic Power Washing uses a carefully formulated cleaning solution designed to safely eliminate mildew, algae, and organic buildup while protecting your siding and surrounding landscaping.

Our soft-wash process treats growth at its source, rather than simply rinsing the surface. This approach allows us to remove contaminants more thoroughly and deliver longer-lasting results.
